Projects include national and regional retail leasing for landlords and tenants, regional shopping centers, hotels, golf courses and luxury condominium projects, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, senior apartments, self-storage facilities, business and industrial parks, large ranches, renewable and other energy facilities in all most regions of the United States.
Mr. Barton's real estate loan and financial transaction experience extends to construction loans, tenant-in-common loans, mezzanine financing, HUD loans, energy project financing, and sale/leaseback financing. Relevant real estate-based lending transactions include various types of multi-family residential projects, golf courses and resorts, commercial, office, industrial, and multi-state and international transactions.Mr.
