Cannon F. Cannon Allen joined the Memphis Office of Adams and Reese in 2006. Cannon focuses his practice in the areas of commercial/complex business litigation and trial practice, including multi-district litigation in federal court. He has represented clients extensively in class actions/mass torts involving business disputes, pharmaceuticals, and biomedical implants. His wide litigation practice includes extensive representation of corporate and individual clients often involving consumer and commercial products, insurance coverage litigation and contract claims. He has extensive experience litigating claims involving commercial real estate, mortgage financing, breach of fiduciary duty, personal injury and transportation and logistics claims. Most recently, he has represented major biomedical implant and pharmaceuticals manufacturers in personal injury litigation and government investigations.
