C. David Goldman provides general corporate and business counseling, with concentrations in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, multi-layered governance structures, auction processes, post-merger integrations and multi-faceted ownership arrangements. David is the former co-head of the Firm’s New York office and is the former head of the Firm’s global Corporate Advisory Practice Group.
Over the course of his practice, David has led transactions across a broad range of industries, including energy (downstream and trading), steel (manufacturing and trading), building products, paper (production), financial institutions (complex structurings), technology development, food, beverages and agriculture, and consumer products. He has represented clients in numerous cross-border transactions throughout Europe and Asia. David emphasizes the delivery of efficient, cost-effective and coordinated corporate services and products at the highest level of quality and across jurisdictions and practice areas.
David was a lecturer on financial accounting at Yale School of Management. He serves on a number of private company and nonprofit boards of directors.
