Brendan has a commercial litigation and trial practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and agriculture law.
He represents a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to nationally recognized corporations. Brendan has litigated cases at all levels, from administrative hearings to arbitrations and jury trials to arguments before the Washington State Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has handled cases in more than a dozen counties in Washington, as well as in a number of state and federal jurisdictions, including cases in New York, Oregon, Florida, Nevada, Texas and California.
A graduate of the mediation training program at the highly regarded Strauss Institute at Pepperdine University, Brendan is active as a mediator and arbitrator for employment matters, commercial disputes, and personal injury cases.
