Angelica Fortney works with public and private companies on the design and implementation of tax-qualified and 403(b) retirement plans, health and welfare plans, cafeteria plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Her experience includes preparing plan documents, amendments, and summary plan descriptions, and advising on the correction of compliance issues under the EPCRS, VFCP and DFVCP. She also provides diligence and support on employee benefits and compensation issues arising in M&A and other corporate transactions.
