Andrew Gold has more than 20 years of experience litigating cases in and outside of Florida. Certified as a neutral/arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and a mediator by the Florida Bar, he concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on private equity, corporate governance, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and construction industry disputes. Andrew's corporate client base includes private equity groups, manufacturers, retailers, and service providers. His construction client base includes developers, contractors, and material suppliers.
