Amber Adair represents clients in technology licensing, technology maintenance and service agreements, technology development, technology implementation service agreements, and cloud-computing transactions such as software as a service (SaaS) arrangements, with an emphasis on privacy issues. In addition, she represents clients in information technology and business process outsourcing transactions.
Amber also has extensive experience representing clients in the insurance, financial services and technology industries. Her experience includes insurance regulatory compliance, OFAC and Anti-money laundering compliance, and corporate governance.
Previously, Amber was the Assistant General Counsel, AVP at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., an international property and casualty insurance company. Prior to attending law school, Amber worked for four years with an oil and gas tax consulting firm. While in law school, Amber obtained the Pro Bono Service Certificate for her work with the St. Mary’s School of Law Center for Legal and Social Justice. Amber is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
