Bill joined the firm's Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group over 25 years ago, and has played a leading role, or been involved in, most of the firm's largest Chapter 11 cases. He guides clients through formal and informal business restructurings and insolvency, advises clients regarding creditors’ rights (including receiverships, foreclosures, and dispositions) and commercial law matters. He has represented debtors, creditors, and trustees, and has acted as a Chapter 11 trustee. His ability to successfully handle the most complex matters has earned him statewide and national recognition. A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Bill is also listed in Best Lawyers® in America and Mountain States Super Lawyer® List in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights.
Active in the legal profession, Bill is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Clark County and American Bar Associations, State Bar of Nevada, Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, the State Bar of California and Utah State Bar.
Bill graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate and received his Bachelor of Science (Finance and Marketing) from the University of Utah.
