Veronica D. Jackson represents employers in a broad range employment litigation matters, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA and FMLA litigation, and wrongful discharge. Veronica also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for clients regarding allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation under VII and ADA, and regarding incidents related to workplace violence concerns. Veronica is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In the area of data privacy and security, Veronica counsels clients through data breach and cyber incident response efforts, including guiding clients through any necessary data breach notifications and representing clients in any subsequent regulatory and legal matters.
