Mr. Drawdy assists a broad range of clients with litigation arising under employee benefit plans, including both welfare and retirement plans. Mr. Drawdy represents employers, fiduciaries, insurers, and third-party administrators in employee benefit plan related litigation in federal and state courts, including fiduciary and benefit claims litigation under ERISA. Additionally, Mr. Drawdy assists clients with the design and drafting of employee welfare benefit plans, including group health and disability benefit plans. He also assists clients in complying with HIPAA privacy, security, special enrollment, and nondiscrimination regulations; COBRA continuation coverage requirements; disclosure requirements under ERISA; and benefit claims and appeals processes and procedures.
