Trevor’s passion for personal injury law grew out of his childhood in Warren County, Pennsylvania. Trevor spent his formative years watching companies take advantage of the citizens there. Trevor Colvin attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his JD from the University of Toledo and earned the Honor of the Coif. During his time there, he was a member of the moot court team. He placed fourth in a prestigious moot court competition and gained valuable insight into the real-life workings of the legal system.
Trevor joined Winters & Yonker Personal Injury Lawyers, a year after graduating from law school and has dedicated his life to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. He fights to get clients the maximum settlement possible in their case and to always make sure they leave in better shape than they arrived in.
Trevor has also taken on work as a contractor for the American Bar Association outside of his cases with Winters & Yonker Personal Injury Lawyers. He works on The National Inventory of Collateral Consequences of Conviction (NICCC), a public interest project. This database aims to document the many hurdles convicted criminals might face as they work to regain their place in society.
