Tracy S. Francis is a Principal attorney in McCarthy Lebit’s litigation group. She focuses her practice on business litigation, complex commercial, class action, fraud, employment, product liability, environmental, intellectual property, and defamation litigation. Tracy has experience with all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written and complex electronic discovery, oral arguments, injunctive relief hearings, and trials.
Tracy also has significant experience partnering with clients to avoid litigation relating to contractual, employment, product liability, breach of warranty, and truth in advertising matters.
Within her practice, Tracy works to solve complex problems. She takes great satisfaction in unlocking solutions to what may initially seem like insurmountable obstacles in an efficient manner that provides her clients with resolution and peace of mind.
Tracy attended Xavier University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude and was a recipient of the Outstanding History Major Award. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated 1st in her class.
