Tom concentrates on the representation of business clients of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit agencies. He successfully defended a Fortune 100 company in a $500-million dollar claim that was tried to a jury in federal court, and has also represented a publicly-traded company in a case that produced a $20-million dollar settlement for the client. In a widely-publicized national dispute, he represented Donatos Pizza Inc. in successful prosecution of trademark infringement claim involving Donatos’ "Edge to Edge" trademark. Additionally, Tom represented the American Cancer Society in litigation arising out of a $7-million dollar embezzlement of ACS funds.
