Terri
L. Pastori is a partner with Pastori | Krans, PLLC. Her employment
practice involves counseling and representing employees and employers in the
full spectrum of employment matters. Terri advises clients on employment
and severance agreements, employee discipline, compliance with employment laws,
including wage and hour matters, terminations, investigation of complaints,
governmental audits, drafting and implementing policies and practices,
training, in-house dispute resolution, and claims of discrimination,
harassment, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and breach of employment and
collective bargaining agreements. She also advises clients on protecting
intellectual property, including the negotiation and enforcement of non-compete
and non-disclosure agreements. Terri is a frequent presenter and
contributor on Massachusetts and New Hampshire employment law topics. She is a
member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Society for Human
Resources Management, and the Human Resources Association of Greater
Concord. Terri has been selected for the 2019 Edition of Best Lawyers in
America (Employment Law-Management). She earned her B.S. degree from
UMass Lowell, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk
University Law School, summa cum laude. Terri is admitted to practice in
