Scott Goldberg has actively practiced financial restructuring, secured transactions, and debtor-creditor law in Arizona since 1997. After serving as a bankruptcy law clerk in Arizona and in the Southern District of New York, Mr. Goldberg was a partner at Quarles & Brady Streich Lang in Phoenix. Mr. Goldberg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the State University of New York in 1986 and his J.D. Degree from the University of Arizona in 1995. In 2000, he served as the editor of the Arizona Bankruptcy Journal. Mr. Goldberg is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Animal Law Section, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has written and lectured in the areas of corporate reorganization and finance law.
