Scott Young is a partner of Stoel Rives who practices in the Corporate and Technology & Intellectual Property groups. His practice focuses on the development and commercialization of technology and on the marketing and distribution of products and services. Scott has significant experience in software and technology licensing, product distribution and supply agreements; e-commerce, franchising, sourcing and procurement contracts; and other technology and corporate partnering transactions. He also advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and angel financing transactions and assists companies with economic development opportunities in new markets. He represents companies in a wide range of industries including the medical device, computer hardware, software, telecommunications, energy, and other technology-based industries.
