Sarah P. Hogarth advises clients on complex litigation matters with a focus on appellate advocacy and critical motions practice. Her experience encompasses a variety of substantive areas, including:
Sarah has experience in the US Supreme Court, seven of the thirteen federal courts of appeal, and several federal district courts. Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients on appeal and in family and probate matters in D.C. Superior Court.
Previously, Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael S. Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
While in law school, Sarah was the symposium editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and the curriculum committee student representative for the Student Bar Association. She also served as a research assistant and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patrick M. Meter of the Michigan Court of Appeals.
