Roger L. Grandgenett advises and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission and the National Labor Review Board, as well as the Department of Labor and the Nevada Labor Commissioner. Roger also gives general advice and opinions addressing labor and employment compliance and issues. He most commonly works with clients in the hospitality, construction, and service industries.
Roger has worked as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Southern Nevada, where he taught classes on civil procedure and administrative law. He also served as publications editor for Communiqueand the Clark County Bar Journal. He is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Roger worked for six years as law clerk/attorney for small boutique labor and employment law firm in downtown Las Vegas. In law school, he was a staff writer for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy.
