Rodrigo Palacios
Rodrigo Palacios represents public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies and individuals in a wide range of complex corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint-ventures, carve-outs, minority investments, capital raising and recapitalizations. Rodrigo also represents portfolio companies of private equity clients and other companies in a variety of ancillary corporate matters, from negotiating key commercial arrangements and executive employment agreements, to day-to-day corporate maintenance matters.
Rodrigo has experience in a wide range of industries including software and technology, solar and other renewable energy businesses, restaurants, manufacturing, waste management and real estate.
Additionally, Rodrigo regularly represents owners, operators and investors in the development and acquisition of solar and battery storage projects at different stages of development and has experience drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements as well as EPC, O&M and related contracts.
Rodrigo also has significant experience in cross-border M&A throughout Latin America representing both U.S. and international clients investing in the region as well as Latin American clients.
