Roberto Campos is an associate with the firm, practicing mainly in trust and estate litigation, including appeals and related business litigation. Roberto represents grantors, beneficiaries, individual and corporate trustees and other fiduciaries, creditors and additional interested parties, often in contested matters involving fiduciary duties, undue influence, fraudulent transfers, business entities, contracts, real property and taxes. He also helps draft proposed changes to trust and probate statutes as a member of the Legislative Committee for the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
Roberto received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School. He began practicing law in Chicago as an associate in a global law firm, working on antitrust, regulatory, securities, appellate and complex commercial litigation. After several years, he segued his focus to independent and systematic trading. In 2019, Roberto returned to Las Vegas to practice law. He is fluent in Spanish.
