Bobbie graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of New Mexico in 1992. She attended the University of New Mexico Law School and graduated in 1995. She was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1996.
After law school, Bobbie returned to her hometown to work for the law firm of Cardin & Parmley, P.A. She later returned to Albuquerque and opened a solo practice. In 2003, she became an associate at Little & Gilman-Tepper, P.A. In 2007, Bobbie became a shareholder of the firm and the name changed to Little, Gilman-Tepper & Batley, P.A. Bobbie specializes in complex divorce cases involving business valuation, tax issues, property division, child custody and prenuptial agreements. Bobbie is also a New Mexico Board Certified Family Law Specialist.
Bobbie has been recognized by her peers by being listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 2006. She has been very active in the American Bar Association Family Law Section. She currently serves as Secretary for the Section. Bobbie is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and serves on their Technology Committee.
Bobbie is a trained Collaborative Attorney. She stays very active in this field by planning and promoting Collaborative trainings throughout New Mexico. She is a member of the Kiva Collaborative Practice Group, Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
