Richard J. "Dick" Rotole
Richard J. Rotole focuses his practice on litigation, negotiation, and settlement of complex family law disputes involving such issues as divorce, parental responsibility, spousal maintenance, child support, division of property, prenuptial agreements, and paternity matters. He also maintains an active and well respected mediation practice assisting lawyers and parties to divorce in amicably resolving their family law cases with an impressive number of settlements. He is also a well respected Arbitrator known for his thoughtful and fair awards.
In addition to his energetic and tireless representation of clients, Mr. Rotole is a frequent lecturer and author on family law topics and a member of several prominent legal organizations.
