Randall Allen’s nationwide practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Randall is the co-chair of the firm’s International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution practice and the former chair of the firm’s Litigation and Antitrust Groups. He has argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court and has litigated many complex cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including appeals and both civil and criminal jury trials. He regularly serves as lead counsel arbitrating international commercial disputes under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). Randall’s arbitration practice spans the globe with matters currently pending in Europe, Asia and the United States
Randall is consistently recognized by a number of third-party publications for his achievements in dispute resolution, including Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America, Georgia Trend’s “Legal Elite,” Georgia Super Lawyers and California Super Lawyers. He is a member of the board and executive committee of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society and a member of the London Court of International Arbitration.
He received his J.D., cum laude, in 1986 and his B.A. in 1982 from Georgia State University.
