Slade’s transactional practice primarily involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating construction, design, maintenance, service and other agreements related to real estate development. He has extensive experience with healthcare and higher education development, the forms of the American Institute of Architects (AIA documents) and other design and construction contract forms.
Slade is also a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and a Professional Engineer with an active license in Tennessee.
