Phil is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents employers in defending against employment-related claims in both federal and state courts. He represents clients involving covenants not to compete and the protection of trade secrets. Phil also counsels employers and trains management personnel concerning a wide range of employment-related topics including harassment, how to prevent discrimination lawsuits and how to minimize potential liability when hiring, disciplining and firing employees.
