Peter H. Barrow represents lenders, borrowers and third parties in the negotiation and documentation of a wide variety of commercial lending and finance transactions, including private banking, middle-market and large corporate financings, asset-based lending, public finance, secured transactions, syndicated loans, Eurodollar, multicurrency and cross-border financings, participations, debt subordinations and intercreditor arrangements.
Peter has represented lenders and borrowers in debt workouts and restructurings, recapitalization, asset purchases and dispositions and related transactions.
Peter also has represented clients in the areas of aircraft sale, purchase and finance, equipment leasing, transportation-industry lending, regulatory issues, third-party guarantee and support devices, letters of credit and credit training and loan structuring programs.
Before joining Neal Gerber Eisenberg, Peter served as senior and assistant general counsel of Bank of America, N.A. and Continental Bank.
Peter has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of “Banking & Finance” since 2003.
