His clients include industrial and manufacturing companies, commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions, and private equity funds and investment managers. Paul has particularly broad experience representing Asian, European and US clients in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, restructurings and other matters, and has been recognized by The Legal 500 United States, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Chambers Asia Pacific.
Paul’s banking, capital markets and trading experience includes working on close to 40 capital market transactions, including US and global depositary receipt (ADR/GDR) offerings and programs, Eurobond offerings, initial public offerings (IPOs), International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA), transactions and other capital market transactions, primarily representing investment and commercial banks from the United States as well as from Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Paul is admitted as a Foreign Legal Consultant for US Law (New York Lawyer) in the Republic of Korea.
