Paul Frampton focuses his practice on regulatory litigation and telecommunications development. He has over thirty years experience before the U.S. Department of Labor representing major coal companies in federal black lung litigation, as well as civil litigation matters in state and federal court for pharmaceutical, toxic/tort, serious products liability, and telecommunications cases. His telecommunications practice focuses on owner, integrator and carrier site acquisition, development and deployment of cell towers, roof top antennas, small cells and distributed antenna systems in large capacity facilities. He is a member of the Employers' Legal Services Group in the Charleston, West Virginia office and leads the firm's Federal Black Lung Litigation Group.
Paul is an active businessman with experience in the areas of international coal development and mineral rights acquisition, as well as in the wireless industry in site acquisition, infrastructure development, and deployment of DAS/distributed antenna systems throughout the country.
