Michael Ruedig leads the firm's technology committee and is a former firm president. He works in the areas of real estate, commercial, corporate, technology and finance law representing a wide array of clients in a variety of transactions.
Michael is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the fields of Corporate Law and Real Estate Law, and he was named Concord's 2012 "Lawyer of the Year" in Real Estate Law.
He is a member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations and serves as commissioner on uniform state laws for the State of New Hampshire.
Michael has practiced in New Hampshire since 1977, joining the firm in 1981 after serving as an assistant attorney general for the State of New Hampshire and as law clerk to the New Hampshire Superior Court.
He graduated from Beloit College in 1973, and Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1977.
