Michael Lammers devotes his civil litigation practice to helping people facing trying times. He represents people who have been injured as well as those whose legal rights have been violated. He knows how hard insurance companies and unethical employers work to deny the claims of people recovering from injuries and he has committed his practice to fighting on their behalf.
Michael is a trial lawyer experienced in every aspect of civil litigation including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. He believes the best way to hold wrongdoers accountable is to rigorously pursue justice through our court system. Mike is not afraid of “difficult” cases or large corporate defendants. The reason he helped found H&L (and 612-Injured) was to have the ability to choose to work on cases he believes in.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the University of Iowa, and his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in downtown Minneapolis. He is also a military veteran, having served in the Navy during the first Gulf War. Mike lives in Bloomington, with his wife (and law partner) Katie, and their two children. He is an avid (although not skilled) golfer and enjoys hanging out with his family.
