Megan Goddard is an employment discrimination lawyer devoted to protecting equality in the workplace. She represents victims of all types of discrimination, including race, gender, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation and national origin, as well as victims of sexual harassment and discrimination-based retaliation. Megan also represents whistleblowers. Her clients face discrimination in various workplaces, including hospitals, law firms, factories, grocery stores, schools, transportation companies, insurance companies, retail stores, restaurants and child care centers, among others. Megan’s unwavering commitment to advocating for equal opportunities in the workplace extends beyond her legal practice. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the New York chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA-NY) and is a member of NELA-NY’s Gender Discrimination Committee. Megan is a longtime volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She also volunteers with the I-Mentor organization, Operation Santa Claus and the Cure Huntington’s Disease Initiative Foundation.
