Mark J. Calaguas focuses his practice on e-discovery and information privacy matters. Mark has experience analyzing and evaluating electronically stored information for relevance, confidentiality, privilege and personal privacy issues, as well as managing large-scale projects in the context of litigation, investigations, due diligence, compliance audits and government second requests. He also has advised entrepreneurs on privacy law and data protection matters, including privacy policies and user terms of service for company websites and mobile applications. Mark is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (International Association of Privacy Professionals), Certified Relativity Review Specialist (kCura) and Certified Litigation Support Professional (DTI/LitWorks).
Mark serves as a peer reviewer for the Interdisciplinary Journal of Human Rights Law. While in law school, he was publications editor of the Annals of Health Law and associate editor of the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review. Additionally, he was a member of the Thomas Tang National Moot Court and Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot teams.
