Marilyn T. Jamain has 35 years of legal experience, the majority of which has been devoted to helping injured workers. She graduated from Temple University Law School in 1979, and began practicing law in Ohio where she represented juvenile clients. During that time, one of her lawsuits successfully increased legal protection for juveniles questioned by police. She then returned to Pennsylvania and worked for a regional labor and employment law firm where she began dedicating her practice to workers’ compensation, Social Security disability and personal injury. Prior to Pond Lehocky, Ms. Jamain was a partner and head of the workers’ compensation, Social Security disability and personal injury departments at Cleary, Josem & Trigiani.
Ms. Jamain is a member of numerous associations, including: the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and Philaposh. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Supreme Court of the United States.
