Lyne Richardson is the managing partner of the Los Angeles office.
She focuses her practice on employment law, litigation and client counseling. Lyne also oversees the employment litigation of the Los Angeles office and has litigated all forms of employment law cases in both state and federal courts in California and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the DLSE and the EEOC. She is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment issues and has published a variety of articles on various employment related topics.
Lyne is a member of the Editorial Board for the California Employment Law Newsletter and is a frequent contributor to the publication. During law school, Lyne was Managing Editor of the Entertainment Law Review, and received scholastic achievement awards, including the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts.
Prior to attending law school, Lyne worked as a White House intern and was a member of the White House speech-writing staff for President Reagan. She also worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where she advised the federal government on employment-related issues.
