Loretta is a partner of the firm whose practice focuses primarily in the areas of Medical, Dental and Nursing Malpractice. Since 1986, she has been representing major hospitals in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan areas as well as physicians, dentists, chiropractors, nurses and other health care providers.
Loretta has lectured on topics including medical malpractice, various aspects of risk management in the office and hospital settings, informed consent and social media. Recent hospital presentations include Can You Hear Me Now? How Ineffective Communication Amongst Healthcare Professionals Can Lead to Trouble and Did You Get That? Legal and Nursing Aspects of Medical Documentation.
