Lisette C. Howells focuses her practice on electronic discovery matters.
With over 10 years of experience representing Fortune 100 and other clients in the financial services sector, Lisette specializes in managing and implementing the full lifecycle of e-discovery processes in formal and informal government examinations and civil litigation before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the United States Department of Justice, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and other parties. She also has extensive experience in coordinating the preservation, collection and review of documents and data for complex internal investigations on behalf of court examiners, board committees, and legal and compliance departments relating to a wide array of subject areas.
While in law school, Lisette earned Tulane University’s European Legal Practice Certificate. Prior to practicing law, Lisette was a judicial intern for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica.
