Lindsey Reighard represents private and public companies in connection with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Along with many other types of transactions, she handles domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity investments, equity restructurings and recapitalizations. She also represents private equity funds in the acquisition, disposition and equity structuring of portfolio companies.
Lindsey advises clients regularly on general corporate, securities laws and corporate governance matters, including with respect to organizational matters, corporate compliance and public and private securities offerings. She also has experience drafting and negotiating a broad array of commercial contracts.
Lindsey routinely works with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and manufacturing.
Lindsey is actively involved in various nonprofit and community service organizations. Lindsey serves on the Firm’s Pro Bono and Community Service Committee and provides pro bono legal services through local nonprofit organizations, including representing immigrants who have suffered human rights abuses. She also serves on the board of directors of The Turning Point, a local nonprofit organization, and is the Vice Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the State Bar of Texas, Business Law Section.
