Larry Prince represents secured creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings and in complex credit transactions.
Larry’s clients include banks, commercial lending institutions, leasing companies, and other financial institutions located throughout the United States. He also represents lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities, ESOP transactions, workout and restructuring of problem loans, and leases and multibank participations and syndications.
Larry also provides counsel for clients regarding real estate law, including real estate acquisition and development and construction and suretyship litigation. In commercial litigation matters, Larry has helped businesses resolve conflicts involving creditors' rights, contract, construction, Uniform Commercial Code, and real estate litigation.
Larry has published several articles regarding various aspects of bankruptcy and commercial law and has lectured numerous times on topics relating to bankruptcy, financial institutions, and commercial law. He has also served as a visiting professor at the University of Idaho School of Law.
