Webb Campbell’s litigation practice involves complex business disputes, including securities, shareholder and corporate governance litigation, insurance coverage issues, business torts, antitrust, contract cases, trust and estate litigation and employment cases. In addition to his state and federal trial and appellate work, Mr. Campbell is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations and judicial settlement conferences. Mr. Campbell regularly represents financial firms, health care companies and other businesses, as well as individuals, in commercial disputes. He also represents the largest medical professional liability insurer in Tennessee on coverage issues. In addition to his advocacy practice, he has served as a mediator and an arbitrator in business and securities cases. Mr. Campbell was the head of his firm’s litigation practice group for fifteen years and has also served on its management committee. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Mississippi Law Journal. Following law school, Mr. Campbell served a one-year clerkship with the Honorable John T. Nixon of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
