Kyle Overs, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group, specializes in complex business and trust litigation. He represents clients ranging from individuals to limited liability companies to Fortune 500 companies.
Kyle has extensive experience defending class action lawsuits involving consumer related claims, including California’s Unfair Competition Law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In addition, he represents clients in litigation involving commercial and equipment loan enforcement, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and collections litigation.
He is a recipient of the State Bar of California’s Wiley M. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and the Outstanding Service Award from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Kyle also serves as a Board Member of the San Diego County Bar Foundation.
