Her law office, located on the 4th floor of the RSA Dexter Avenue Building in downtown Montgomery, is a short walk from several National Historic Landmarks situated on the Alabama State Capitol Grounds and directly opposite the Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church.

She attended the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University where she was elected Chairman of the Faulkner Law Student Bar Association, graduated with Dean's List honors, and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in Dispute Resolution.
Before law school, Kristine taught undergraduate students at Auburn University before earning an M.P.A. in Public Administration.
Her previous work experience includes serving as a law clerk with the Alabama Law Institute and One Place Metro Alabama Family Justice Center, mediator with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Alabama, and Researcher with the Alabama Secretary of State Elections Division.
