Kristina Gordon White focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate controversy. She advises high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth transfer planning, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning. Her practice includes designing and implementing complex wealth transfer techniques and customized estate plans, as well as providing counsel on the formation and operation of private trust companies. Kristina has significant experience appearing in court on behalf of individual and corporate fiduciaries for probate, estate, trust and guardianship administration.
Previously, Kristina served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Bauer of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. While in law school, she served as the executive editor of research and marketing of the Loyola Law Journal and was awarded a Tax Law Certificate.
