Klein Solomon Mills PLLC
With a combination of big-firm training and courtroom experience, Kevin has earned a reputation as a savvy counselor, a skilled litigator, and an excellent trial attorney. During his 20-plus year career, Kevin has tried dozens of cases — from simple negligence to multi-week federal trials – briefed and argued numerous appeals, and litigated hundreds of cases.
After graduating from Cornell Law School in 2000, Kevin joined Husch & Eppenberger, LLP (now Husch Blackwell, LLP), a major Midwestern defense firm with a first-rate litigation department. As an associate at Husch, Kevin successfully defended employers in all types of employment matters. More broadly, he learned the uncompromising attention to detail that high-stakes litigation requires.
Kevin next went to work for then-Director of Law Karl Dean at the Nashville Metropolitan Department of Law. He spent the next nine years in the trenches, investigating claims, conducting discovery, taking depositions, trying cases, and briefing and arguing appeals. During that time, Kevin obtained dismissals for dozens of Metro Government departments and leaders, won numerous jury and bench trials, and successfully briefed and argued cases in front of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Tennessee Court of Appeals, and Tennessee Supreme Court.
In 2012, Kevin founded The Klein Law Office, PLLC, later adding Saul Solomon and Michael Mills and becoming Klein Solomon Mills, PLLC. KSM is a top-tier boutique law firm that provides big-firm capabilities with a passion for solving tough problems for good people.
