Ken Kreider helps business clients structure and close major transactions involving the acquisition, development, finance or disposition of real estate. His diverse experience with tenant in common syndications, complex IRC 1031 transactions, real estate taxation, building and preservation code matters, and rail/utility rights of way is instrumental in achieving superior results in a variety of client transactions. He leads the KMK Green Team which focuses on sustainable building practices, related incentives, and climate change issues. Ken was named a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is certified as a specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a licensed title insurance agent and serves as Vice President and Agent for Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMK.
