Keelin Curran advises employers on a range of complex employment issues such as ADA accommodation and leave law, non-competition agreements, and employee classification. Keelin listens to what employer’s goals are when facing EEOC charges, arbitrations and employment litigation and, working with a team where appropriate, provides efficient representation. Clients seek out Keelin to conduct investigations and mediations to limit risk and avoid expensive litigation. She also provides engaging workplace training to managers and employees.
Keelin is currently a volunteer mediator in a very successful program that provides mediation to parties in small claims court.
