Kathleen M. Egan
Kathleen Egan is an experienced family law attorney with a remarkable track record of success in appellate matters. She has obtained numerous appellate reversals and special relief in original jurisdiction proceedings before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. While research and writing are particular strengths, Kathleen is also a skilled trial court advocate. She has served as lead counsel in bench and jury trials across northeastern Oklahoma.
In addition to her trial and appellate practice, Kathleen negotiates and writes private prenuptial, gestational and property settlement agreements. She is experienced in matters involving division of deferred compensation, alimony, and above-the-guidelines child support.
