Kathleen Egan is one of the most accomplished family law practitioners in the Midwest. After graduating from Bishop Kelley High in Tulsa, she attended the University of Oklahoma and obtained a degree in Psychology. She then studied law at the Touro Law Center on Long Island.
Kathleen is known for the depth of her skill in a variety of practice areas across the jurisdictions of Arkansas and Oklahoma. She is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried bench and jury trials to verdict. A strong writer, Kathleen is sought out to draft many types of documents, ranging from prenuptial agreements to appellate briefs in both family law and civil cases. She has been involved in recent appellate matters with published opinions further developing Oklahoma jurisprudence. Her certification by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers to mediate family law disputes supports her selection to Best Lawyers® for her work as a family law mediator.
