Katherine F. Froelicher focuses her practice on regulatory issues in the alcohol beverage industry as well as complex civil litigation. As a member of the Firm’s Chambers-ranked Alcohol Regulatory & Distribution Group, Katherine regularly counsels alcohol industry clients on matters relating to the sale and distribution of alcohol beverages, on both the state and federal level. In addition to her work in the alcohol space, Katherine has extensive experience counseling clients on e-discovery and data management issues, anti-trust issues, contract disputes and corporate compliance.
Previously, Katherine consulted for several prominent international law firms, conducting electronic discovery and due diligence reviews. She also served as a government affairs specialist for one of the largest regulated energy conglomerates in the United States, where she focused on renewable energy policy.
While in law school, Katherine was awarded pro bono honors. She studied at the George Washington University Oxford Program in Human Rights Law at Oxford University.
