Jessica A. Mariani focuses her practice on complex civil and health care litigation. Jessica has represented clients in class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and other cases involving contract disputes, unfair competition claims, and other business torts. Jessica represents clients in California state and federal courts, and in arbitrations.
She also has also represented clients in connection with investigations by government agencies.
Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice. She has assisted pro bono clients on a range of matters, including obtaining lawful immigration status through asylum and special immigrant juvenile status, defending tenants against wrongful eviction actions, and assisting Holocaust survivors to obtain pensions from the German government.
While in law school, she was a member of the executive board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.
