James W. Hertsch, III, focuses his practice on discovery issues in complex civil litigation. He has worked on cases from across McDermott’s practice areas, including health care qui tam actions, antitrust, contractual disputes and securities litigation. On a pro bono basis, James has represented clients in landlord-tenant matters and in cases before the US Asylum Office.
Before joining McDermott, James was a contract attorney. He worked on a wide variety of matters related to antitrust, fraud, patents and securities law.
