Developers rely on Jeddie Suddeth to clear a path through the complexities of real estate law. Successful real estate development must anticipate trends, understand the market and react with speed and certainty.
It helps to have a lawyer who leads at every step. Mr. Suddeth guides developers and lenders in residential, commercial and mixed-use, condominiums and subdivisions, and shopping center projects.
He brings a unique understanding of environmental issues, in part from knowledge acquired with his undergraduate degree in Natural Resources. He helps form real estate ventures and assists in closing site acquisitions and financings. As projects move forward, he prepares condominium and subdivision documents, sales contracts, leases and related documents.
Mr. Suddeth is skilled at forming for-profit and not-for-profit corporations and limited liability companies for real estate and other ventures.
Captive insurance companies are another area of concentration. Mr. Suddeth helps with the formation and redomestication of captive insurance companies and handles their annual regulatory and statutory compliance needs. He is actively involved in state and local captive insurance associations’ meetings.
